Innovationscontrolling
Innovationscontrolling unterstützt das Innovationsmanagement in allen Phasen des Innovationsprozesses von der Initialphase bis zur Verwertung. Innovationscontrolling verfolgt vier Ziele: Koordinierung, Zielausrichtung, Service und Innovation innerhalb des Innovationsmanagements. Insbesondere sollen komplexe, einmalige und risikobehaftete Prozesse durch ein koordiniertes Prozess- und Projektcontrolling effizienter und effektiver gesteuert werden.
